I ordered stair parts from Cheap Stair Parts because the prices were way better than what I was seeing locally. i figured I’d be getting basic stuff, but the quality was better than I expected for the money.
The shipping did take a few days longer than I had in my head, but that’s probably on me for assuming it would show up faster than it did. Everything was packed well when it arrived, and nothing was damaged, so I can’t really complain too much.

Overall, I’m happy with the order. It wasn’t some flawless luxury experience, but for the price, it was a solid buy. I’d probably order from them again, I’d just give myself a little more time next go-around.

I’m still kind of loyal to my usual supplier, but this site worked well enough that I’d consider using it again. 4 stars from me.

I ordered a set of stair parts from cheapstairparts.com, the install was easier than I thought it would be.
Most of the pieces fit well, and the instructions were decent enough to follow. I did have to double-check a few measurements and sand down one spot a little, which wasn’t a huge deal, but when I reached out with a question, I kind of felt like it was brushed off instead of actually answered.
Overall, it’s not perfect, but for the price and how quickly everything went together, I’m still happy with it. I’d probably use them again, just with lower expectations on the support side.

I ordered these balusters based on the measurements listed, but when they arrived they were just enough off that they didn’t fit the way they were supposed to. They’re not terrible, but the sizing issue turned a quick job into a much longer one.
